ADvTECH Group CEO, Roy Douglas said they delighted to be able to add MSA to their existing portfolio of independent higher education institutions. IIE MSA branding has been slowly been implimented around campus with the removal of Monash South Africa logo's on campus. Students have had comments of the schools acquisition by ADvTECH but with the implementation of IIE MSA signage their complaints and comments have decreased only to accept the inevitable. The Monash South Africa Website has been altered to IIE MSA. IIE MSA had their first open day on 25th of May, which was after Africa which allowed a plethora of individuals to experience the different cultures within the IIE MSA family. ADvTECH states that with the MSA is their biggest private higher education institution in their portfolio as it has 6 500 students capacity. With IIE MSA the ADvTECH institutions are boosted by 500 credits ensuring that the institutions have stronger references. ADvTECH has international institutions and this potentially could allow for collaborations allowing for exchange programmes to increase student experience. Ultimately, ADvTECH is pushing to be more influential in the higher tertiary education in South Africa and allow for qualifications that will be applicable and allowing for youth in South Africa to have a voice in the global system.

Students have had a positive attitude towards the change at MSA and have been engaging with the campus and the activities it has been offering. The integration of the Monash SA into IIE MSA has been smooth process as students have been wearing IIE MSA merchandise varying from Hoodies, Sweaters and water bottles. Third Year Student, Alan J. Campbell says that he believes that the transition has been good and is hopeful that ADvTECH management will allow for better faculty management that will yield a better experience while studying. Omega Fumba, Media officer believes that there some resistance from the students to the transition from Monash South Africa to IIE MSA as they are still holding onto Monash South Africa.
Here is an interview with Omega sharing her thoughts.
IIE MSA has been a bitter sweet occurrence as some students have been resistant to the change on campus but now IIE MSA signage has been installed all over the school. This includes the school desktops, Front Gate, Legotla Square and everywhere else they could fit a sign. The Independent Institute of Education has branded its presence on campus Monash South Africa is no longer. It is a change that has been met with smiles and frowns from others. Below is a video showing the change from the signage around campus ranging from the front gates to Legotla Square.

IIE MSA has yet to prove itself as a tertiary institution and the students within the campus are still yet to conform to the ideas ADvTECH are yet to implement when they have fully integrate their systems in the institution. IIE MSA will be alongside VEGA, Varsity College and these can allow for an abundance of opportunities for the students currently enrolled and those who are yet to join the ADvTECH family.
